Artist Bio
Derric Harris
(Bio as of September 2005)
Derric Harris most recently appeared at the Goodman in Purlie during the 2005/2006 Season. His Broadway credits include Kiss Me Kate, Dance of the Vampires, and various New York City Center Encores! productions including On a Clear Day You Can See Forever, Tenderloin, House of Flowers and Purlie. His national touring credits include Fosse and Paul Robeson: All American. Regional credits include “Master Harold”…and the boys and Sizwe Bansi is Dead at Players Theatre; The Pajama Game at Center Stage; Hello Dolly! at Drury Lane; Vampire Lesbians of Sodom at Royal George; The Hot Mikado at Marriott Lincolnshire; and Home at Theatre Corner. International credits include Dreamgirls, Cats and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Mr. Harris’ television credits include All My Children and As the World Turns. His print work includes various spreads for Monster.com, Fit for Fun and Sharp Electronics. Recordings include Tenderloin, Grease das Musical and Dreamgirls 20th. His current projects include Boogie ich habe dich lieb! and God Is Good.
