Nan Withers-Wilson

Nan Withers-Wilson has served as voice and dialect coach for the Goodman Theatre productions of The Beard of Avon, House and Garden, A Christmas Carol, From the Mississippi Delta and Joe Turner’s Come and Gone. As a voice and dialect specialist, her work spans regional and off-Broadway theater, television and film. Dr. Withers-Wilson is a member of the Theatre Depart­ment faculty at Loyola University Chicago and is the au­thor of Vocal Direction for Theatre, the first book to be written on how the theater voice specialist functions as a collaborative artist within the production process.
