Phillip James Brannon

Phillip James Brannon most recently appeared at the Goodman in The Ballad of Emmett Till during the 2007/2008 Season. Mr. Brannon’s other Goodman credits include The Cook; Oedipus Complex, adapted and directed by Frank Galati; and A Christmas Carol, directed by William Brown. Other Chicago credits include Titus Andronicus, directed by Charles Newell at Court Theatre; Elmina’s Kitchen, directed by Derrick Sanders at Congo Square Theatre Company; An Immigrant Class, directed by Linda Gillum at Remy Bumppo Theatre Company; and The Last Supper with InFusion Theatre Company. Regional theater credits include Lennie in Of Mice and Men and Vladimir in Waiting for Godot (which toured in Eastern Europe) with Firebelly Productions in Washington, D.C. Mr. Brannon’s film credits include Dog Jack and The Color of Bruises. He holds a BFA from The Theatre School of DePaul University.
