Seats are classified as either A or B in this space. A seats are main floor and first five rows of the mezzanine. B seats are the last six rows of the mezzanine. All prices are subject to change.

Group rate info for the Owen Theatre:
Please note that there is no assigned seating in the Owen Theater. Group rates range from $10-$35 depending on performance. Please ask for specific pricing at the time of your inquiry.
Ordering Group Tickets

- Group rates apply for groups of 10 or more; for A Christmas Carol the group minimum is 15.
- In order to make a reservation, please give the closest estimate of the number of seats that will be needed, complete billing information, phone number and e-mail address.
- We make every attempt to put group members as close together as possible when seating; however that is not always possible. We will never assign single seats without group leader approval.
- Once your order has been confirmed, you will be sent an invoice/contract via email, unless another method is specified.
- All calls will be returned within 24 hours, Monday through Thursday.

Payment Information and Options

- One half of the balance is due 30 days following receipt of the invoice; the second deposit is due six weeks prior to performance date, depending on the date the order is placed.
- You have until the final balance due date to decrease numbers. If your numbers fall beneath the group minimum, you will have to pay the full price for the tickets plus a handling fee per ticket; we will apply your first deposit to this balance.
- You may add group tickets based on availability.
- You may pay your balance with one company check (we cannot except single payment from group members). We also accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.
- There are no refunds or exchanges on group tickets under any circumstances.
Performance Times
Top
Weekday performances are at 7:30 pm with the exception of Monday nights, which are at 7 pm. Friday and Saturday night performances start at 8 pm; matinees are at 2 pm on some Thursdays (Albert only), and most Saturdays and Sundays.
Motorcoach and Bus Parking
Top
Buses and motor coaches may drop off passengers in front of the main entrance located on Dearborn Street between Randolph and Lake streets. These vehicles may NOT park in front of the theater for the duration of the show. Below are parking options for buses and motor coaches.
- 420 South Franklin (free on-street parking).
- East Side of Canal Street south of Roosevelt Road (free on-street parking except on Sundays).
- East side of Clybourn Avenue north of Division Street (free on-street parking).
- McCormick Place Marshalling Yard at 31st Street and Lake Shore Drive (secured, paved, fenced and patrolled parking lot. Rate: $20 per day).
