PATRON HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Goodman Theatre is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable theater-going experience. We have implemented the following protocols developed in consultation with expert public health guidance.
We encourage you to confirm current protocols prior to your performance; all policies, including ticketing and attendance, are subject to change based on prevailing guidance. As this guidance evolves, so may our protocols. Full refunds will be made available to any parties wishing to cancel their tickets for any reason

FACE COVERINGS
Masks are currently recommended, but not required, while in the theater. Disposable masks will be available to any patrons who would wish to wear a mask while at the Goodman.
HVAC
Goodman Theatre has completely overhauled our air ventilation systems in 2021, implementing a design and build with current best-practices during the COVID era. We have increased our fresh air exchange capabilities while utilizing recommended MERV 13 filters and bipolar ionizers to exceed current recommended levels of air quality and purification.
SANITIZATION AND SURFACES
In addition to enhanced cleaning procedures between every performance, restrooms and other facilities have been converted to touchless systems. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout Goodman Theatre.
RISK ASSUMPTION
All patrons understand that there is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. Those purchasing tickets and attending Goodman Theatre productions voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
TICKET DELIVERY
Tickets will be delivered electronically by email. Please note that children under the age of 5 will not be permitted.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Patrons who are not feeling well, are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms or have had or been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days, should not come to Goodman Theatre. If you are unable to attend a performance, you are encouraged to contact us to discuss flexible exchange and refund options.
