Since its inception, the Goodman has embraced educational programs as an important and vital part of its mission. Goodman Theatre offers student matinee performances for high school and college audiences; professionally-oriented workshops; advanced training for teachers; and a comprehensive internship program, providing entry-level professional experience for college students, graduates and career-changers.
Community Programs
Goodman Theatre provides opportunities to explore not only the world of our productions, but the world of ideas echoed on our stages. Our productions serve as catalysts for discourse and discussion, and as introductions into the art of storytelling.
