How To Apply

Thank you for your interest in applying to the Goodman Theatre Internship Program. Please follow the application instructions below:

• A completed application form - typed or legibly written in black ink - for their chosen concentration (please note that Stage Management has a separate application)
• Current resume
• A 500-word personal statement summarizing your career goals, discussing your background and experiences as they relate to these goals, and explaining how you feel a Goodman internship will advance your knowledge, skills, and professional life.
• Two letters of recommendation that speak to your experience and ability to excel in a demanding and highly collaborative work environment.

Before you begin to prepare your application, please read all of the program materials listed on the site menu very carefully, as these provide answers to frequently asked questions, as well as important information about qualifications for each internship, time commitments and stipends.
