About the Program
Get more than just coffee. Be a Goodman Intern. The Goodman's Internship Program offers a rich and challenging experience for qualified college students and recent graduates who are actively pursuing careers in professional theater. Goodman interns have the opportunity to refine their practical and critical thinking skills through close interaction with Goodman staff and artists in Chicago's large and diverse theater community. The level of responsibility entrusted to Goodman interns requires that, besides demonstrating competence in their specific area of interest, they be mature, self-reliant, articulate and able to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment. For most internships, a basic knowledge of computers and word processing is also essential. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Goodman Theatre is an equal opportunity employer.

Goodman Interns also receive:
